Returns & Exchanges

What does 'Final Sale' mean?
If an item is marked 'Final Sale,' this means that it cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any returned 'Final Sale' items.

Where's my return?
Returns are usually processed within about 5-7 business days after we receive your package, and we'll email you as soon as we open it! In the meantime, you can keep track of your package with the tracking number listed on your return shipping label.

Products & Inventory

If we are sold out of something you love, don't despair!
Some items can be re-ordered, and if we have enough interest we do our best to get more.

Are the products sold at Origin Of Era manufactured in the United States?
We are extremely sensitive to where and how our products are produced and do our absolute best when it comes to only carrying ethically produced items. While we do offer many designers that manufacture and design within the US, we also carry items made in the UK, France, Canada, Germany, Sweden, India, Australia, and Spain!

Sizing & Fit

I'm not clear on the size/fit of a product.
